By registering for and participating in Peak Perspectives: A Networking Hike to Beaver Lake on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (the “Hike”), hosted by Amvest Capital Securities LLC, a subsidiary of Amvest Capital Group Holdings LLC (“Amvest”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that hiking involves inherent risks, including physical exertion, uneven terrain, elevation, weather, and potential encounters with wildlife.
I confirm I am physically able to participate and responsible for my own safety, health, and belongings.
I assume all risks associated with the Hike and release Amvest, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners (“Released Parties”) from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any claims or expenses arising from my participation.
I understand that no medical services will be provided and I am responsible for any gear, hydration, food, or medication I may need.
This waiver is binding regardless of my country of residence. It is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
